First, I’d like to thank all of you for your patience as I’ve learned to juggle making this event work given the extraordinary circumstances we’ve been given. It has indeed been tough, and there have been so many changes, but you guys make it easier with your encouraging words and support. Thank you!!
Now, I have some good news… With the updates on COVID restrictions, I am able to make changes to the set-up of the room and get us just a little bit closer to normal!! I will be sending this email out to my email list, so you may see it again. I just wanted to get the info out to you all first. If you have friends already on the wait list. I will be contacting them shortly! If you know someone who wants to come, please have them email me to get on the list!
This is the updated “what you can expect” for this upcoming event:
- MASKS: Attendees will be required to wear a mask while moving around inside the crop room and when moving throughout the hotel. Masks will not be required at tables unless you chose to do so.
- SEATING: Attendees will share half of an 8 foot table, as we have always done in the past. I will keep groups together, so remember to turn in your seating request form if you haven’t done so already! Click here for the seating Request Form
- SANITIZING: Attendees are expected to wash/sanitize hands often. If an attendee uses a communal surface or piece of equipment (computer, printer, Cricut, Cricut cartridge), she should sanitize it after use, using the provided wipes.
- VISITORS: Only registered croppers and vendors will be allowed inside the crop room. This is due to capacity and social distancing protocols in place. Family members and visiting friends will not be allowed inside the crop room at all.
- PRIZES: As long as attendance is increased, I am able to go back to our normal prize give-aways!
- SWAPS: Swaps will not be added for this event.
- CANCELLATIONS: Our regular cancellation policy is now in effect. Click here to view our cancellation policy.
