Cancellation Policy

You are eligible to receive a refund minus a $30.00 processing fee.**

Cancellations after balances are due, 4 weeks before the event:

  • If the event is considered full and there is a wait list with someone to take your place, you’ll be refunded your balance paid minus a $30.00 processing fee.**
  • If there is not a wait list or you can not fill your spot after the 4 week deadline, then all fees paid will be non-refundable.

No shows and last minute cancellations will not be refunded any package fees.

**NOTE:  If you have paid on your account using a check, your refund will not be mailed until your check clears. If you have room mates, your balance will not be refunded to you until their adjusted balances are paid in full to insure all room costs are covered.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Due to extra work, delays in event preparations, as well as contract obligations, TAC will require that all attendee balances must be paid by the posted deadline date for each event. I understand special circumstances and if you contact me, I will do my best to work with you, but if I receive no contact from you, your registration will be canceled.

If you should need to cancel your registration for this event contact me as soon as possible at tabitha_rojas@yahoo.com. I will try to work with you in any way possible if something should come up.  Please understand that if a solution can not be worked out,  the above stated cancellation policy will be in effect.

No refunds will be granted due to natural disasters, national emergencies, or Acts of God as we are still obligated to the hotel. If our venue is open, then the event will be held with no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

If an event needs to be cancelled due to venue closure, no penalty fees will occur and the event will be rescheduled for a later date.
