Have friends that are coming to TAC? Then make sure that you complete a group seating request form.
After all members of your group are registered, your designated “group leader” will be responsible for submitting names and seating arrangements for your group. Please be sure that you have permission from each person listed on your seating request form before submitting. You may be as specific as to who each of you would like to sit next to, across from, etc. I will always do my best to accommodate any special seating requests.
This form will be due no later than:
- May 20th for the Summer event.
- September 1st for the Fall event.
Forms received after this date may not receive requested seating arrangements.
There are two ways to submit your group seating request form:
- Preferred: Download and complete your form, save your file and then attach it to an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Download and print your form, complete and mail it to
