Balance Due Date Extended
I am extending the balances due date for our 2020 event to June 5th.
I will have more information regarding the event after June 1st, which is after Louisiana Governor Edwards’ Phase One of re-opening of the state.
Options for 2020
While the event is NOT currently cancelled, many have reached out with cancellation and transfer requests.
We have three options when it comes to your 2020 registration:
Option 1: Cancel your 2020 registration. As included in our cancellation policy, there is a $20 cancellation fee.
Option 2: Apply your 2020 registration and payments towards our 2021 event. If you cancel for 2021, the $20 cancellation fee will still apply.
Option 3: If the hotel has to cancel our original date, which they have not as of the date of this post, all uncancelled registrations will be applied to our 2021 event. If you cancel for 2021, the $20 cancellation fee will still apply.
